As of tomorrow, im doing the two slim fast shakes a day and a balanced supper. Here I go, lets hope I can stick with my diet! I've packed on 65 pounds in the last year and am hoping to get back in shape! Wish me luck!

It's tough Rainbow - but you can do it!

I started a no wheat, sugar, and dairy diet 8 weeks ago and I've lost 25 pounds so far. Once you get past the first couple of weeks, it gets easier!

Good luck Rainbow!

I'm starting my diet tomorrow. I've gained 10 pounds in 3 months. I'm replacing two of my meals with Boost Meal Replacement.
