What can cause pain in the groin area and what can we do to prevent this pain?
it comes and goes, is there a reason to worry or what can i do next? I'm a little afraid to see a doctor, i had a rough year, when i had many health tests, does the fact that a few months ago I was diagnosed with a problem of hypothyroidism have anything to do with new pain appeared to me? |

If it persists see a doctor, even though I know you don't want to. Only a doctor can tell if it's serious.

Hello purehoney24: One thing that occurs to me is a urinary tract infection. If you were older, I might also think about a kidney stone. But it sounds as though you're young & so that is probably unlikely. Beyond that, I would guess there could be a number of other possibilities. Please see your doctor...
