A month ago, my ears started ringing and I went to see my ENT about it. He didn't mention any connection between tinnitus and the hormones, which is a real thing, it turns out. For women, PMS can trigger tinnitus and it can last for the whole 28 day cycle and then go away, or tinnitus can just happen right before and during the period with the hormonal changes. Well, it is really annoying!
