how does a person get past the fears of being 'mocked' by doctors?? as in, so they can go back to doctors in general again.

i'm literally terrified of mentioning 'certain things' to any doctor, total fear of being mocked or belittled -> as in, 'that's not a real issue/concern' or 'you need to do better' or the look that conveys they don't believe you or what you have said, or you should be doing what everyone else is / be up at 'that' level or just lumping you in with all the rest instead of treating the individual!

i've had this happen on more than one occasion and it kinda haunts me.

now that i kinda need to, i'm not sure i can get past it or even bury it enough for the time being. and this & my physical concerns are basically crushing me in the middle as they collide..........
