Today feel pretty good, but right thumb hurts slightly and have pain slightly behind my eyes and my eyes slightly hurt, and don’t know why. My left upper arm hurts, but just had flu shot so know why my arm hurts.

It’s now fall and weather changes can bring on allergies and even aches and pains.

Hey @zapatoes do you have thumb arthritis? I do, and I ended up with cmc joint surgery and it really helped a lot.

Hi sarahsweets,

No I don’t believe I have arthritis in my thumb and the pain is not consistent. Would need to get an X ray and it’s possible I suppose. Since I type for my job and often type on my cellphone or I pad, that’s why my thumb and hands hurt sometimes.

For the CMC surgery did you have OT treatment afterwards.

It could be repetitive strain injury? I’m not sure if those hand support gloves would be any help. Hope you’re feeling better soon, anyway!

Thanks and yes it is likely repetitive strain and it feels better, just need to be careful, and not overdo it.
