Not sure why I now have pain between my top two front teeth. Didn’t bump these teeth on something, maybe burned my mouth without realizing it or it’s from wearing top retainer wear almost nightly, not sure. Maybe it’s sinus headache or allergies.

Also have a history of TMJ pain.
