I am a 22 years girl. My body is not fit. I am very weak. I have not enough knowledge of that issue. Now day by day i am hopeless about my health. Can you guys help me how to improve my body condition?

Diet and exercise are very important part of a daily routine. Many people count their calories (in the food they eat) and count their steps (how many steps they take in a day).
Female nutrition is different then male nutrition. Any doctor can talk to you about portions of the recommended and needed food groups. |
