for various reasons I suffer from stress; in my region the viral pandemic imposes strong restrictions dictated by the authorities, but being able to go out people are not interested in me.
my diet is not very varied, with nutritional imbalance, with excessive caloric intake (may have exceeded 3500 kca!?). my meals are three (without any variance): at 9 am a cup of milk, at 12 am six slices of meat and abundant stuffed pasta, at 6 pm pre-packaged frozen pizza. but the problem is the disordered search for snacks available only in the form of famous brand sweets. this food is imposed on me by who support me, almost for ethical conviction contrary to the consumption of vegetables. this is not due to economic reasons in fact i think that the expenses for food are excessive with so many commercial brands! I am only 171 cm tall but I weigh 97 kg; I have fat especially on my belly but not on my limbs or back, I do weight training and I would so optimistically define myself as a beginner bodybuilder but I have difficulty with aerobic training (the only choice is road running) due to both the climate and a slight heart murmur. How can I eat better and above all keep the compulsion for snacks with a sweet taste? |

My craving for sweets disappears after a week long fast with only liquids like Gatorade or milk. It comes back fast as soon as I eat a cookie though.
