I’m going to go back on keto again, and I’ll track my moods. I wonder if my poor diet has anything to do with my moods. I am interested to see if keto will have a better influence on my emotions.
I’d love support from anyone who wants to try keto or reduced carbs and healthier diet and join me tracking their progress here, too. Starting with today, I had been on a junk binge. I had a bad day emotionally, when I really didn’t need to. I had handled the potential conflict well. I guess just the trauma from the whole experience weighed on me. But, i feel like the eating (too much fat and sodium) might have contributed to me being so down. __________________ "And don't say it hasn't been a little slice of heaven, 'cause it hasn't!" . Poor diet can certainly impact a person's mood. It's great that you are intune with your emotions and were able to spot the correlation.
Enjoy the keto! I love keto food. Haven't done it in awhile, but I try to eat less carbs... I know I fall off the wagon often though! |

Two days keto. Feeling good food-wise. Mood was triggered by same issue today, but reaction and rebound was far better. IDK if it can be attributed to my diet yet. The mood reaction had been getting better for some time anyway. I attribute that to my issue has run its course and I’m getting over the whole futile thing, accepting it will never be and too exhausted to fight anymore.
