Number #1.....Quit drinking sugar soda. And quit eating any candy, desserts, etc.

I do it in unhealthy ways but that’s another story.

But basically everything in moderation. No food is bad. Don’t deny yourself or cut out anything or you will fail miserably. If your craving a candy bar just make room in your calorie budget for it. Yeah cutting out sugary drinks is a big one. Download the My Fitness Pal App so you can log your calories. Weigh yourself regularly but not more then once a day. Do it in the morning first thing before you eat anything.

Basically all that will work. Unless it’s your meds and then your basically ****ed the way I was.
