So, last month I did a full blood picture test and I got high in this Bacteria so it seems I have an infection. Will the doctor didn't know where well now I think I know where... I woke up this morning and coughed up this yellow stuff that was sort of solid. I don't know if it's a good idea to do anything sexual will being sick I know it's a potential throat infection but I feel sick, fatigued, depressed, anxious. I hate antibiotics because then it ruins my gut flora and I have to buy probiotics I just wonder if theres anything natural that could help my throat?

NO! If blood tests showed elevated white cells or other indicators of infection you should have been started on an antibiotic immediately. It doesnt matter if they know what the infection is or where. They can have the lab run a test where they identify the type of bacteria and then use that to pick the right med. Other than while you are actively taking the antibiotics you really dont need to worry about your gut- take acidophilus for that and eat yogurt. If you get an infection down south ask for diflucan. I know the wellness industry has made people obsess over their guts and have attempted to link it to a million conditions with no scientific evidence to support it. And they have taken billions of dollars from people who mostly cant afford it but are desperate. Do you know how fast you can go from infection to sepsis to death? My brother is an ICU nurse and just last week they had a 46 yr old woman with an infected cut on her foot. She was admitted around dinner time and was dead less than 18 hours later.
