I was quite upset, because last year I noticed my hair was visibly thinning at the front, I almost had a completely bald patch.

Went to my Dr. to see what could be causing it, and she did blood work that showed I had extremely low B12 and Ferretin levels. Since then I've been having monthly B12 shots as well as taking a B12 and iron supplement orally every day,

I noticed yesterday that my hair has almost completely grown back in, This is very exciting. Now if I could just get rid of the dark bags under my eyes which can also be caused by B12 defieiency.

I've been losing pieces of hair and its been stressful. I'm showing a lot of signs of anemia but it didnt show up on my bloodwork. At least I dont think it did my doctor was mainly worried about 2 of my other levels which were very high at the time.

I see my primary in a few weeks and I'll ask him then about the hair thing.
