So this month I missed my period and it's unusual for me with all the constipation and all that. I wonder if chronic stress is doing this. Well anyway I was in class and I had this horrid pain in my bowel and I ran to the toilet and had diarrhoea. I stunk up the whole place at Tafe kinda upsetting when these things happen. I've been taking that laculose for the constipation. however this diarrhoea I think is the covid vaccine. I just wasn't expecting it coz I was fine with the first one. Or maybe it's a stomach bug. Either way that pain was horrendous
