I don't want to give bad advice, but You might consider taking acetaminophen.

My understanding is that you can safely take acetaminophen with ibuprofen because they don't interact.

Here they have low dose available off the shelf, but it's possible you do need a prescription for it if it even available.
I really just want you to feel better, youre a good person and don't deserve headaches

Acetaminophen is paracetamol in the UK.

If I were you, I would read the label on the ibuprofen bottle. That will tell you how much and how often you can take them.

Ibuprofen can be hard on the kidneys if you take too many.

Seconding RockyRoad007 here. The bottle should let you know how many mg each tablet is and provide a maximum mg dosage per 24 hours. Typically an ibuprofen dose for adults is one or two 200 mg tablets or capsules 3 times a day and it is recommended not to exceed 1, 200 mg maximum within a 24-hour period. So if you were taking 200 mg tablets, it would be okay to take 4 tablets within a 24-hour period.

2 tabs every 4 hours

You can alternate with paracetamol every other 4 hours

So Ibuprofen then 2 hours later paracetamol then 2 hours again Ibuprofen
