It's only happened once.. but I am embarrassed about... basically last night I had a dream that I was in some toilets and there was like all these babies in the toilets that I like had to look after and like change their diapers/nappies etc, and that I was going to the toilet ,when I woke up my pyjama bottoms and underwear was wet...so I basically wet myself in sleep... its only happened once that being last night but its also worried me, I mean I am 32 years old.. I am pretty sure its not exactly you know normal.
but what do I do ? I am now worried to go to sleep tonight...

You were probably in a deep sleep, dreaming and had a little mishap, no biggie. A couple days and you will likely be back to normal.

Well, just in case, there are disposable protective pads you can get that are vinyl on the bottom and a sort of cottony material on top....

Was there some combination of medicine and food that might've kept you from waking up in time? Are you feeling well otherwise?

Hopefully you'll not let this rob of you sleep. Good luck!

Dreams are a funny or scary thing. I wish I was an expert and could tell you what to make of your dream. I have had some doozies as well.

I've had few coughs and colds over the last few months, its never happened before, I am on sleeping tablets but I do usually wake If I need the toilet in the night, I think its just frightened me a little because its never happened during me adult years as such before..
I put a sanitary towel in my undies last night before going to sleep and thankfully when I woke this morning it was dry.
