I've been randomly waking up sweating with a racing heart.

This used to happen when I was taking effector.

I've been diagnosed with innapropriate sinus tachycardia but had 2 ablations

Are there any other reasons this may happen randomly?

That sounds awful. I wish I knew what to say that would help. Not familiar with your medication, unfortunately.

I recently read that salt [sodium chloride] is a stimulant so I have cut way down on it to get better sleep. Not sure that has anything to do with what you are going through. So sorry I don't know how to be helpful to you in this! Sure hope you get some relief and pronto!
