I'm on Rabeprazole for my stomach issues and one of the side effects is osteopotoris or whatever its called where your bones snap easily. I got into my moms memory foam bed and felt this sharp pain in my wrist and now I can hear something rattling in it.

Is it that common of a symptom? Idk. No way am I getting it checked out though.

Hadn't heard about osteoporosis as a side effect. I am on Omeprazole and had read somewhere about a possible connection to dementia. Not happy about that ( though had read"not necessarily cause and effect, relationship not known), but I get really sick if I don't take it so not a lot of choice at the moment.

Hope you are ok, Mountaindewed.

My doctor just switched me to pantoprazole today. I think I was on it before.

Did you gain weight from your Omeprazole? I can't seem to find weight gain as a side effect for pantoprazole when I google it. With Rabeprazole it caused hunger and also didn't do much besides make my bones ache so I tried not to take it much.
