what are some EASY foods to raise it quickly and keep it up?
Even a banana is too fking much... and there is no way I am going to have two slices of bread.

I’m not a doctor and I’m not for sure but,…spoonful of peanut butter, packet of instant oatmeal, and a half a can of regular soda. Be careful with the soda though cause it raises it fast and then crashes.
