I've always had problems with fatigue but it's so bad I get yelled at for being sedatory I get told I'm lazy. I even got called a lazy piece of **** because I didn't wash my legs properly. It just hurts that nobody believes me when I say I'm tired I get told that at my age I should be doing jumps etc except I don't feel like that. If I go to doctors complaining about my fatigue they just tell me it's because of I'm overweight there is no support for me. There's no considering for me it's always about my weight. It just hurts not to be taken seriously coz your fat.

Why don't you try to work on working out or doing something small everyday to build up some strength? Things won't get better unless you try.
I have the same issue and I've been working on eating better and getting off meds and working out. Its not easy but I want to feel better so I'm working for it. Sorry if that seems harsh, but sometimes we just have to help ourselves if no one else will. __________________ I'm Blue |

Another good blood test for fatigue is cortisol level at 8am.
Now that "Long COVID" is getting attention, medical researchers are finding that other viruses can have the same effect, even influenza. Not to mention Epstein-Barr. It seems the main recommendation is to reduce stress. __________________ Major Depressive Disorder; Sleep Apnea; possibly on the spectrum Nuvigil 50mg; Effexor 37.5mg Wellbutrin 100mg; meds for blood pressure & cholesterol |
