Purged a little while ago and there was a black clump about the size of a grape along with a small amount of the coffee ground vomit. After binging on cream cheese frosting, graham crackers, and strawberry Nesquik (good for nothing shyt)

Obviously this is a little concerning, but not enough for me to stop and when I first started throwing up blood (bright red for the past year or so) and kept mentioning they didn't give a shyt so why should they care about the bulimic borderline bipolar junkie that attacked a security guard and chucked a urine cup at a nurse?
