I think I've mentioned this before but I asked my doctor about it today and he said it was fine to try it so I bought a month bottle for $6]

The commercials look promising but idk. The online reviews are mixed. Why is everyone on $900 Ozempic instead of $60 a month Golo?

Anyways I figured it would be worth a try based on the positive reviews.

Does anyone have any expirence with this?

Possibly because of clinical trials supporting the efficacy of Ozempic. Also, for those who have the insurance pay for their Ozempic, the price is typically less than $60 a month and it is tax-deductible. And people who do not have insurance that covers Ozempic can have it shipped to them from Canada for $300, not $900.

I have searched for [golo supplement weight loss] on PubMed: zero results. Do you know if double-blind placebo-controlled clinical trials of long duration and with a sufficient number of research subjects have been conducted on GOLO?

Relatedly, Ozempic confers cardiovascular benefits on vulnerable groups. Do the manufacturers of GOLO claim that their product does the same?

Fast Company has announced its list of most innovative companies 2024. Novo Nordisk is 2nd on the list of 50, ahead of Microsoft, for their work on Ozempic.

I'm on GOLO and ultimately, it's not working. I think also because I'm not using it correctly. It drastically lowers your blood sugar, so let's say I take it with every meal, I am literally passed out all day - so I had to cut down on how many pills I take. It hasn't been working out for me - but with different people it might.

How do you monitor your blood glucose? Do you know subjectively when it drops or do you also measure it?

Sorry, read your post too fast. So you almost pass out and of course then you know that your blood glucose has dropped too low.

I talked to my family Dr. about Golo and she was pretty skeptical about it. But she told me quite firmly that I can't take it due the blood sugar lowering effect as i tend towards hypoglycemia as my norm.

I don't have diabetes or issues with my blood sugar. I'm already doing calories in and calories out and I've lost a few pounds. I just need an extra boost. Mainly at night when I can get a bit snacky . I can control my hunger pretty easily otherwise.

I think I'm gonna wait a bit on it though until I take care of other things.

I took the first dose 45 minutes ago with lunch. I'm a bit spacy but thats about it. I'm not very hungry but I haven't been too hungry all day. I'll have to look at the paperwork I got with it to see what I should and shouldn't be eating with it.
