130/90 and a pulse of 65? I feel a bit lightheaded mainly when I get out of bed. My iced coffee was decaf unless the lady mixed it up.

It’s a little elevated for your age but not necessarily dangerous. I’d talk to your doctor. They’d likely want you to monitor it for awhile
