I have had itchy skin for a few days but now its so bad that it hurts and even my blankets sitting on my arms make it hurt. I don't see any rash. Idk what it is. Am I just freaking out for no reason?

have you tried different kinds of lotion? the best one I've found is equate ultra moisturizing. also I have been taking benadryl when my skin hurts. hope you get relief soon. have you been vaccinated for shingles?
