My anxiety is through the roof and I've taken everthing I can. I've heard PPI meds can cause an increase in anxiety. I finally messaged my pdoc because I'm out of my mind right now. I don't know if theres an interaction between any of my psych meds and this one either.

I don’t think so. I don’t think it’s a side effect. But I’d ask your doctor

What about OTC dramamine? Can that interfere with pysch meds and make them not work as well?

Have you studied about the vagus nerve? Basically its about how if your stomach gets upset, then your mind gets upset, via the vagus nerve.
So i mean, maybe its not that pantrapazole affects your brain chemistry per se, but like a jittery stomach can become a jittery mood. Lately ive been going in the opposite direction. Like i will lie down after a poop, and my whole abdomen relaxes that then i myself feel calm and consoled. My mother had my guts tied up in constipated knots for like 60 years, so this is a new and very welcome feeling for me. |

I haven't taken pantropaloze, dramamine, or align today. And my anxiety has been fine. I just now took some Tums with nausea relief but I'm not having an issue. So I don't know what but something seemed to cause increased anxiety.

I googled some of the other stuff I was on because the pantropaloze doesnt seem to be the issue and I looked up Zofran and right on the front it said it can increase anxiety. The more I looked around I read it can cause restlessness and paranoia too. Both of which I've been dealing with. I haven't taken it since yesterday morning and I've been fine. Well mental health fine.
Idk maybe? That was it? I did ask my pdoc and he said pantropaloze does not cause anxiety. __________________ I'm Blue |
