I weigh 220. I should be about 170. Lately it hurts just to exist. Walking down the hallway is painful. I am not meant to be this heavy.

I'm guessing the first step would be to get down to 1200 calories or so a day and lose weight first from diet and then add in the working out?

I've already cut out soda and I only drink one or 2 coffees a day.

But like I'll try working out and then I'll throw up and I'll need to lie down the rest of the day.

Eat 4-6 g of protein first during your meals. That will fill you up and help keep you from feeling hungry

I'd suggest cutting right back on, or even eliminating dairy/poultry and replacing it with healthier non fattening option of your choice. And make sure the replacement contains good levels of protein.

And all the best with your weight loss goals too. Persistence and self belief.🙏
