I don't know how bad. I can move it but then it gets jammed and then cracks in 4 different places and hurts like a *****. Lifting it above my head hurts too.

I'm trying to avoid the dr since I already have a lot of issues. I'm hoping this clears up on its own.

I think its just from using my walking pad and holding onto something. I'm trying to work on eating less and then adding in working out when I'm in better shape
