My blood pressure is wonky again. 140s over 90s. Also I have heartburn and I threw up some carrots.
Its been high for awhile. At doctors offices too so I know its not my machine. Is this just anxiety though or legit. I know I drink zero sugar soda but that only has like 40mg of caffeine per can. I eat a lot of jerky which has sodium. __________________ I'm Blue |

High sodium diet will definitely cause high blood pressure. Have you talked to your doctor about all this?
