I put away 3 loads of laundry away yesterday and I was in intense pain all night. Just from doing laundry. I'm still a bit achy. Its like how do I get to a point where I'm not in constant pain. Just from doing chores.

I'm just really out of shape mainly.

Idk how 3 loads of laundry can cause these body aches. Its laundry. and I don't have a rack anymore

I started to notice that my arms get sore from repeatedly lifting wet clothes from the (top loader) washer to put into the dryer.
