I dont understand the question. Tylenol PM is SUPPOSED to make you sleepy, thats what the PM implies. Take it at night to sleep and relieve pain.

I dont think the melatonin would cause you to pass out, if thats what you mean. Or any of the other meds, taken in addition to the PM.

Well I fell asleep after I posted this for like half an hour in a deep sleep and then my dumb brother slammed a door and I've been wide awake for a couple hours eating quinoa and watching CNN and listening to the Cranberries. Kinda pissed tbh.
