Worth an opinion?

Caught a football wrong 2-3 weeks ago, pinky was super purple when I looked at it later that night but didn't hurt and I could easily straighten it. I couldn't bend it all the way, but trying didn't hurt. It's not bruised anymore, but it's still pretty swollen and now it does hurt if I play guitar or bend it all the way (doesn't hurt when it's straight though).

I kinda don't want pain when I play guitar and would rather wait out a heal time than see a doc, and sometimes that works but sometimes you screw up your hip skiing and have issues with it for 5+ years.
