I've been getting these migraines lately and tonight it just came on suddenly and I shut down the TV, and I closed the blinds and the curtains so my room is pretty much pitch black. I did just throw up a bit. My temp is ok though. It kinda teels like the room is spinning a bit. Maybe I'll do my blood pressure and shut off my phone.

You might have vestibular symptoms. Look up vestibular migraine or migraine and vertigo.

I forget what your response to Zofran has been in the past but it is the first medication that comes to mind for migraine accompanied with nausea.

It does not seem to be an ER case.

If you get migraines a lot, you need to see a neurologist as now there are a lot of preventive medications available.

Check your blood pressure. My husband took me to ER with a headache after we checked my blood pressure. Wasn’t really a migraine but blood pressure headache

My blood pressure was ok. I slept about 10 hours and I feel better.

I'm glad you feel better. Migraines are awful. I generally go to ER or urgent care if I've done everything I can do to make them go away, and they still won't go away. I take Imitrex at the first sign of one, and lie down in a dark, quiet room with an ice pack. If I can't lie down, or the room has too much sunlight, I use sunglasses or an eye shade. A headband around my forehead often helps quiet the pounding.

Usually that helps, but there have been times it didn't. I once went to urgent care after dealing with a migraine that was lasting for four days, and they had to give me some strong painkillers to get rid of it.

It came back. I threw up my tylenol. I don't know if its just from my other stuff. My blood pressure is 134/92 and I'm just lying in bed.
