I've had covid for around 6 days and one of the symptoms I've had is extreme anxiety. Like just nervousness and stuff. It could just be my sore throat or other legit covid stuff.
Has anyone else heard or dealt with bad anxiety with covid? __________________ I'm Blue |

I had it. I looked it up and it's a thing.
For me it went away after the worst of the COVID symptoms but before I was all better. I also realized that I was partly anxious because I was getting up to pee and million times a night so I couldn't rest and it just made me feel worse. Turns out the tea I was drinking had 3 ingredients that act as diuretics. Stopping that helped. To be fair I had been anxious going into COVID but it was worse on COVID, improved and then got worse again without COVID to blame. __________________ Bipolar 1, PTSD, GAD, OCD. Clozapine 250 mg, Emsam 12 mg/day patch, topamax 25 mg, ,Gabapentin 1600 mg & 100-2 PRN,. 1.5 mg clonazepam., 75 mg Seroquel and 12.5 mg PRNx2 daily |

I think it was the Vicks vaporinhalor thing I was using. It blew this cold Vicks stuff into my nose and thats where I felt a lot of my anxiety. I haven't used it today and I feel ok.
