My anxiety has been off for 2 days but today I tried this OTC nausea med called Gravol and my anxiety seems through the roof now.
Is this a common symptom? The main ingredient is diemenhydrinate which I think is the stuff in Benadryl and that always causes me to have panic attacks. __________________ I'm Blue |

Diphenhydramine is generic benadryl.
I don't know anything about Gravol. What did your GI suggest? Why are you off the Elavil? __________________ Bipolar 1, PTSD, GAD, OCD. Clozapine 250 mg, Emsam 12 mg/day patch, topamax 25 mg, ,Gabapentin 1600 mg & 100-2 PRN,. 1.5 mg clonazepam., 75 mg Seroquel and 12.5 mg PRNx2 daily |

I called him yesterday and he hasn't gotten back to me. I was still getting sick every day on the elavil. Plus it was starting to mess with my weight and I was starting to sleep all day. Idk. I know with some meds side effects take awhile to show up.
Now those side effects are gone and I'm getting sick less but I'm still nauseated. __________________ I'm Blue |
