I came off a med for nausea about a week ago. I also came off a steroid too a couple days before that. I had really bad nausea, fatigue, like I fell asleep in the car yesterday, I had real bad anxiety and nervousness, and I had muscle aches.
Today I feel much better overall. So was this maybe just withdrawels from the med? __________________ I'm Blue |

Yeah i think the steroids lift you up and stopping them drops you down.
I have been aiming for a baseline of health based on my blood sugar ranges staying in range, and am starting to find i have a more energy to complete tasks, rather than spending that time in bed or in my chair, recovering or stressing. But its a slow process, and the idea of building strength is new to me. |
