But my problem Is i'm having the hardest time ever. Now that It got warm finally I fun and rollerblade 5 days a week but its not doing anything. I need to loose the extra pounds and just maybe a few more :-) Any Advice? Love, Tinkerbellchick |

Hi,
Have you eliminated trans fats from your diet? I lost 27 lbs just by eliminating them. I usuallt eat a good breakfast too, a light lunch and a very small dinner. I also cut ot bread and switched to smart balance for butter. Good luck to you but, I have to tell you that 5'0" and 115 isn't bad at all. |

It's probably hard because you're in the correct weight zone so getting down to the bottom end of it (97 pounds) would be harder. It's all exercise (which you're doing) and watching what you eat. I don't know how old you are though; our bodies change so what we use to know/weigh doesn't work for it anymore.

Ok I'd kill to be 115 pounds....but....anyway....
For those last few pounds, it's all about exercise and less about diet. You have to mix things up, get your body doing things differently. Your body gets into a routine and thinks "okay, I'm happy here". You need to make your body wake up. Try weight lifting. No, really. You won't bulk up, and the lean muscle helps burn fat and makes you look more toned. Try yoga or pilates or something like that. But still - 115 pounds is NOT overweight, not even at 5'0". You are healthy. |
