Not taking care of myself lately has led me to high blood pressure, today my bp was 153/103 and i have a severe headache, i need to eat and exercise better but I just cant seem to care enough lately, anyone else ever felt like this?

You should see your doctor ASAP, your headache could be cause by the high BP.

Please take care of yourself!

Maybe you can convince your partner to go with you to the doctors? I hate doctors myself... but that sounds worriesome.
