anybody here ever use Creatine, any problems, I am thinking about staring on a regimen of it for a couple of months.

My dad takes it occasionally, used to take it daily when he went out cycling to work, he never had any side-effects and he believes it does improve his performance and muscle strength.

I do, but I don't use the recommend dosage. I use a small amount daily. I haven't gotten to the point where my body adapts to it but when I do I will stop for a few weeks. I hope to see results!
