This cookbook was featured on The Oprah Winfrey show to help parents to get their children to eat more veggies:

I am so lucky that my son eats everything I put in front of him. He loves his veggies and salads. My stepdaughter on the other hand announces that she doesn't eat this and that when she hasn't even tasted it!

my rule is (when im babysitting, dont have my own kid thank god lol) is that they must take at least two bites of it to try it before saying they dont like it. That goes for all kinds of food.

When my son was little and was in daycare, he went to a *wonderful* daycare. It was so funny (at least, I though it was) when he would come home and say something like, "Mom, why can't you cook carrots like they do at Big Center?" I would kind of be surprised because he didn't like carrots as a baby but I asked him how they did it and he said, I don't know, they were soft and they were good. I never did figure it out. I guess some kids just like vegetables.

Then, when he was in grade school, he came home and asked if I would buy some raw vegetables and Ranch dressing cuz he liked them with Ranch dressing. So I did.
