Is anyone else dealing with a child with reactive attachment disorder. My son is RAD and had adhd and some fetal alcohol effects. He also has some oppositional behavior as well as some ocd tendencies. He is 17. I adopted him at age 4 from a Russian orphanage. He is becoming grown and I don't know what else I can do for him. We have been in counseling for years. I am just way tired. His brother is 20 and is mentally handicapped. I would say is about 12 mentally. Between the 2 of them I am just very frustrated. When they were younger, their problems were not as obvious. Now, I am wondering how they will ever function in society.. I am grieving for them. Anyhow, I did not have any particular question. Thanks for letting me vent.
