My 15 yr old daughter left home as her attitude is unbearable and is living with her dad as he spoils her rotten and doesn't discipline her. I feel betrayed and so angry, We have a family holiday coming up in September but will go alone so can drown my sorrows and be alone. I have done my best as a single parent for last three years even though I have m.e but feel its been flung back in my face so glad she gone - who needs love !!!

I'm so sorry to hear that you are struggling with your daughter. It can be extremely hard with teenagers, especially as a single parent and when the other parent isn't on the same page with discipline. Teens often want to become independent and rebel against their parents and if dad doesn't discipline then she is probably thinking it is 'better' to live there where she gets everything she wants.

Hang in there Hopefully things will calm down in time. Try to enjoy your holiday if you can - take it as some time to yourself to do the things you want to do and recuperate and see how things are when you get back.

I realy hope in time it does work out Try not to take it too personally. As you said, you have been doing the best that you can and it is extremely difficult with teens as I said.
