I have PTSD and abandonment issues (many deaths) and my teen unexpectedly moved out. Her and I were the only ones left. My PTSD has sky-rocketed... anyways I have an empty nest and feel like I am falling apart. I miss taking care of someone, cooking for her, late night talks, doing things with her, waiting for her to come home at night, waking up to her - my favorite person. (We had a falling out 3 mos. ago- the relationship is so broken..) I am lost without her. How to create a new life and how to live alone and how to stop crying...?

Can you reconcile with her? Can I ask why you fell out?
If it's reparable, I urge you to try. Us teenage girls need our mothers, contrary to what we may say in the heat of the moment.

i agree ^
personally, i cannot live without my mother. she is my best friend although we have many disagreements and occasionally arguments. i have late talks with her as well and do everything with her. as withoutthelove said, if it's reparable, it's best if you try. ![]()
