Our pharmacy doesn't open for me to call for another few hours. She woke up and is showing all symptoms I was warned about of malnourishment. She was neglected and from 2 on only fed when she begged. I have pediasure , should I give her some of that? I also have pedialyte and a bunch of healthy snacks for her.

I'm not a medical professional but I would go with pediasure and pedislyte. If u think she is in serious danger you should go to the ER. Go with your gut.

A nurse from her Pediatricians office is here. She told me she needs 1/2 serving of pediasure or a heathy every 2-3 hours. In between she needs water and pedialyte

Stick the pediasure in the freezer and get it ice cold. Shake it well and it tastes like a milk shake. Kids, (and adults), love that and it's a lot easier to drink that way.

When my son was in the hospital his feeding tube was delivering pediasure. He lived on that for a week with no problems.
