aged 6 yo and 8 months. i'm an alcoholic, bipolar, schizoaffective...i'm 40 years old and quit drinking and am in a.a. i stand to get my boys back at the end of summer if all goes well.

this is one of the hardest things that's ever happened. and the anniversary of a friend's suicide is saturday.

thank god i have my dog. it was a beautiful snowy day today. though i couldn't get to a meeting, i had a "phone meeting" with a friend.

I'm sorry you lost your children. i know that must be hard. I'm glad you have gotten yourself back on the road to recovery and have hope of getting them back. Hang in there.
