I don't have to have a romantic relationship with a man. I am a whole person by myself.
I am so blessed to have my three, wonderful sons. I just want to take pleasure in knowing and loving them. I won't smother them or expect more from them now that I am alone. I just really appreciate them and want to enjoy them. I have plenty of reason to live.

 This time of just focusing on what is instead of what was or what could be is an important stage. Revelling in the present moment sounds lovely for you. I get what you mean.

Living in the present....part of mindfulness. Glad your boys are a good support. Glad you are having these positive emotions....hold on to them. Sounds like you are in a very good place.
