@withregram • @thefoodallergyinstitute October is a busy month! Along with other important causes, it is National Bullying Prevention Month October. Schools and organizations join STOMP Out Bullying™ in observing National Bullying Prevention Month. The goal: encourage schools, communities, and organizations to work together to stop bullying and cyberbullying and put an end to hatred and racism by increasing awareness of the prevalence and impact of all forms of bullying on all children of all ages.

great post.

I had my fair share of bullying at school (mainly for being the intrivert and for being anxious) and beyond that, my family were the queens of bullying and abuse.
