Without any more information I can only offer limits, boundaries and consistancy. Praise good behavior even though you think that he should be behaving, kids really love praise and will go out of their way to get it.

I recommend a book called "the explosive child". It is a wonderful book that helps explain a lot about children who have difficulty regulating behavior.
I don't know your son's age, however, children usually have difficulty with behavior for a reason. Perhaps a developmental delay, emotional delay, anger, frustration, etc. Knowing/understanding why a child is behaving in a certain way will lead you to an intervention. |
