Hello I am new here. I am trying to learn more about derealization. I believe I have this. Anyone know anything about, I would love to hear from you.

Hi, well i don't know very much about this. I know I have suffered from dissociation and i can relate to derealization. For some months I felt like my thoughts were all around my head floating about and that I was watching my life from above. I also felt like I was receiving all information through like a buffer and I was distanced from everyone. I don't know whether this is similar to your experience...
