I have insurance through my job but the deductible is $6000. Essentially, I do not have insurance and would have to pay out of pocket. I don't qualify for public assistance. For that reason, I cannot afford to get professional help. I make do with resources like this, journaling, intermittent mindfulness practice and staying aware of what's going on between my ears. I've been struggling to keep my head above water the last few weeks. Searched for local psychologist today but the cost is not affordable. $110-$150 for a visit.

I get SSDI and Medicare. I had to get a separate plan for Drugs. I had to pay part of bill for TMS.

I get SSDI, and a Medicare Part C plan........I'm very satisfied with the plan, as it covers everything I need, plus it even covers the cost of my medications....I do pay a small co-pay for meds, but it's not very much, and fits my budget,
