I am not sure where to look but CMH and since I work in a round about way with CMH, I worry how it will affect my job.

Is there more than one CMH provider that serves your area? There are two where I live... unfortunatly I worked for the good one and learned quickly why we really were better... wasn't just ego!

They are all under one big happy (ha!) roof. The mentally interesting with developmentally interesting and anything else the comes between or crosses both borders. I am sure there is chaos raighning at this time, but I can't think of any where to go and was told they are confidential, so job doesn't need to know, but boy with my job I already know so many in cmh, and my son has his own case there, and in a round about way wear I work is watched over by CMH. Just wondering who I am going to run into who knows about either of these issues already. And cause trouble, since they did try to do this before, when they learned of ticcing issues when with my son, and tried to use it to get me fired from my job. When I was meeting this person to speak of my son, and not in connection with my job.

I despise the BS and petty crap that runs rampant in CMH. I catch a lot of crap because my son has "insurance" that would cover CMH but I pay for almost everything out of pocket so as not to have to deal with them. Yeh, it makes the budget tight but mom is easier to live with!

We have fought tooth and nail and got up to see the big kahoona's from Cmh, saying yes you have toi give them these services sand them fighting it. We got our services, we are trying to fine tune them still. My ex would like more, but he has alot of services now through long time struggle. He is twentseven, autistic, with mental issues and behavioral issues, and DD. Deffinatly all kinds of interesting. And he has serves in home, to help out. No day program and no school. We have to get that in the works.
But I basically need a doctor who can look at all the many meds I take and which are not combining well, and when to take them for best effect and less side effect. ect/ Meds straightened out basically. Because I am being told I shouldn'still be taken that one, especiallu with that one, and that one is more activating so be should be taken in AM, and I can't sort it all out alone.

Arge... It sounds like really what you truly need is someone who would be willing to do a consultation with you if nothing else. Very frustrating. The hard part for me is always coming up with the money for the intake session, the cosultations and med checks are not too bad... But they have to do the intake :P
I know it is a long shot but could you try calling round to psychiatrists in private practice and seeing if anyone could do some kind of payment plan for you? The woman I got my psych eval did that for me and it was a huge help (and common, it isn't like they can't afford it). She did a lot of the interviewing via email when she had time and then we needed less face to face time. It took a bit longer but it worked out really well.
