So here's what I have for sure. Moderate scoliosis, something that makes my short term memory bad. So bad that I avoid coversations. So bad that I have no friends whatsoever. I don't know what it is but it affects me so much that I have a hard time keeping a job. Manual labor is doable but painful because of my back and it gets worse as the years go on. I'm 26.
My question is, without medical coverage, what's the cheapest route to me getting diagnosed with whatever it is and then being able to get disability? Life is so hard and I have been trying to cope, deal, or otherwise manage to have a normal life using my own devices. It's not working. I have accepted that I'll never have a girlfriend, never have friends, and never have enough respect at work to prevent people from taking advantage of me. Please any ideas or advice is welcome. For all I know I may be dying of something. The stress I put up with is just unreasonable. |

I would find a local medical/public health clinic and start there. You have to have documented work experience, documented health problems over time, so the longer you put off going to a doctor, the harder/longer it will take to find out if you have a covered condition and/or get whatever help might be available for you, including feeling better!
